Description
Beef suet is a white, hard crumbly fat surrounding the kidneys and loins of cattle. It has a high smoke point, making it excellent for deep frying and baking.
Beef Suet has a melting point of 113–122 °F (45–50 °C) and congelation point of 98.6–104 °F (37–40 °C)
This wonderful fat is also great for making soap and skin care products!
