Maiden Creek Beef was founded on a small farm in Scenic Central Pennsylvania. The founder, Kelsie Odhner spent a part of her late teens and early twenties on ranches in the eastern region of Australia as well as the hills of Wyoming state.  Over the years she developed the dream of raising her own cattle to provide people with nutritious beef at an affordable price. She believed fresh beef from the farm should be available to everyone, not just those who have a relationship with the farmer down the road.
