At Maiden Creek Beef we provide a wide variety of wholesale beef and pork packages. These range from a whole beef cow to a quarter of beef and half a pig. The cattle and pigs are raised locally to provide you with all Natural beef and pork. They are hormone free and use no antibiotics (unless it will save the animal’s life). We pride ourselves in our meat's superior flavor and great price!

What will you receive in a whole beef cow, half a cow, or quarter cow? You will receive several porterhouse steaks, t-bone steaks, filet mignon, New York strip steaks, boneless as well as bone-in ribeye steaks, and sirloin steaks. For soups and stews you’ll receive stew meat/beef cubes. For those yummy steak sandwiches, you’ll receive several packs of chipped steak. Ready to enjoy a roast? You’ll receive chuck roasts, round roasts, eye of the round, London broil, and brisket. You’ll also receive skirt steak, flank, hanger steak or flat iron. Let’s not forget about ground beef! Why Pick Our Pork

How do you like to enjoy your pig -- roasted, grilled, fried? Some popular ways to cure a pig include bacon, ham, pork chops, sausages, and pulled pork all of which you will find in our whole and half pig products.

To give you an idea of what you will receive when ordering a whole pig, we have provided a list below with suggestions as to how these cuts can be prepared.

The average weight for a whole pig is approximately 175 lbs. Of that you will receive country sausage and sweet italian sausage which can be used in stews, soups, and yummy sausage sandwiches loaded with sauteed onions and sauce.

Pork Tenderloin is a lean cut of pork and is great for grilling and roasting. You can also cut it into medallions or pan-fry it!

A favorite cut of the pig includes spare ribs which can be smoked and rubbed with your favorite seasonings and then slowly roasted in your oven, smoker, or grill. Country style ribs are part of the whole pig order as well and are a bit different from the traditional ribs in that they are from the shoulder rather than the ribs. You can grill them, braise them, or even cook them in a slow cooker with some barbecue sauce.

You will also receive pork chops and smoked ham steaks which can both be grilled and pan-fried. For a meal for the whole family and friends, you will receive a pork butt, perfect to slow braise and use for pulled pork sandwiches and even one of our Pennsylvania Dutch traditional meals for New Year's Day, pork and sauerkraut.

Last, but certainly not least, smoked bacon. Everything tastes better with bacon.
